Richard Blecker is the owner and hands on Senior Administrator of Seniors At Home, LLC. Mr. Blecker has lived in Suburban Essex County and Union County all his life. He graduated from Weequahic High School in Newark, NJ in 1963 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Marketing in 1967. Mr. Blecker was in the retail business for many years before opening Seniors At Home, LLC in 2001. Mr. Blecker lives in Springfield, New Jersey with his lovely wife Susan. They have three grown children, all currently working for Seniors At Home, and four wonderful grandchildren who he describes as the “icing on the cake of life.”Seniors At Home, LLC is a very successful business thanks to his hands-on, personal approach to caring for the senior population. He takes a personal interest in every one of his clients. Mr. Blecker is an affiliate member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Seniors At Home, LLC is a member of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice.

Mr. Blecker believes “that if you love what you do and are passionate about it, you will never work another day in your life.” This credo exemplifies his wonderful outlook on life and his love for helping and working with seniors

Adam Blecker is the Director of Business Development for Seniors At Home, LLC. With over 15 years experience as a proven leader and innovator, Adam has enabled businesses to provide better service at a better value to its clients; while developing employment opportunities that encourage personal growth and teamwork. He has deployed solutions for businesses around the world, including: the United States, Australia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Adam is a firm believer that the more you help others the more meaning your life will hold. Through Seniors At Home, Adam is able to live by this belief and help people every day. “At Seniors At Home, we are able to positively and directly impact the quality of people’s lives. It’s what we do, and it’s my job to ensure we continue to provide the absolute best care at the best value.”

Adam has been a resident of New Jersey his entire life and currently resides in Morris County with his wife, Kim. Adam attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ and New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ with a major in Computer Science.

Mia Kebea is the Director of Marketing for Seniors At Home, LLC and is one of the faces you will see when becoming part of our family. Mia grew up in Essex and Union County and lived in North Carolina for many years. She attended Brookdale College and studied Psychology with a minor in Sociology. She is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Women and is also a wonderful mother of two incredible little boys. Mia gives back every day she works. She personally meets with families and helps them through some of the hardest decisions of their lives. Mia knows firsthand how challenging it can be to care for our parents, grandparents, and anyone we hold dear. She lost her own mother in 2001 and fully understands the difficulties associated with finding honest, trustworthy, and reliable care. Mia puts her whole heart into her work, she genuinely loves waking up every day and helping others.

Chad is a Senior Case Manager for Seniors At Home, LLC. He actively helps enrich the lives of today’s elderly population by providing caregivers who are carefully selected to match his clients’ ever changing needs. Through home care and education Chad has helped hundreds of seniors live safer, happier, and more independent lives. Chad has published several articles on senior safety and Alzheimer’s and dementia care. He also gives frequent public presentations on the topics. Chad knows he is only as good as the care he can provide and ensures he finds the right caregivers for each situation. Chad’s own personal experience of caring for his mother gives him a clear understanding of what his clients and families are going through. In a difficult time it helps when there are people who have gone through similar things that not only can guide you, but can truly help you as well.

Tracy Wade is a Case Manager for Seniors at Home, LLC. Tracy attended the University of North Texas outside of Dallas, where she earned a Master’s of Science Degree in Corporate Health and Wellness. She spent many years assessing the physical and mental health of corporate employees and making recommendations of how best to increase safety and satisfaction in the workplace. Today, she puts her knowledge to use doing what she personally finds far more gratifying, helping seniors and their families find just the right care for their personal needs. Tracy recognizes how challenging adjusting to the changing needs of a family member can be and she meets personally with each family to make sure she understands the concerns of all involved. Seeing the benefits of finding the perfect caregiver for a senior is a source of great satisfaction for Tracy.

Tracy lives in Morris County, NJ with her husband Richard. She has 2 daughters, one a junior in high school and one a freshman at Elon University in North Carolina.
